Our Story
One year. One bridge. One diploma.
Since 2021, we have been helping Quebec students add the American 12th grade to their academic path.
2021 — Founding of the Academy and signing of the partnership with the American school.
2022 — First students enrolled in the NCAA pathway.
2023-2024 — First American university admissions for graduates.
2025 — Four students left to study in the United States.
2026 — The Academy becomes Northbridge American Academy and welcomes families in Morocco, Spain, Belgium, and France.
Why 'Northbridge'
The name Northbridge evokes the bridge to the north that we build for our students: a bridge between the Quebec school system and the American high school diploma. Our headquarters remains in Montreal. The Academy's legal name, Académie Américaine de Montréal, does not change.
