A diploma that is added, without replacing anything
Your child keeps their school, their teachers, and their friends. In Quebec, Secondaire V corresponds to the 11th American grade; the American diploma requires twelve. After the free evaluation of their transcript, the courses already passed are recognized and Northbridge establishes the plan of the credits that remain to be completed online, with the teachers of our partner school and the support of our advisors. The full diploma of 24 credits (grades 9 to 12) is issued by our American partner, accredited by Cognia. It is added to your child’s path: it does not replace the DES, the DEC, or any national diploma; each university decides what it recognizes. Is your child aiming for American university sports? The NCAA pathway adds the documented support required by the NCAA Eligibility Center, with a designation from enrollment.
